We are currently representing some of the fastest growing banks in the greater Boston area and beyond with primary lending markets throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex Counties, as well as Plymouth and southern Bristol Counties.
Our Clients are looking for experienced Commercial Credit Analysts with exceptional credit analytical skills in Commercial Real Estate loans (CRE) and Commercial & Industrial loans (C&I).
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities include: Perform credit analyses for new and existing borrowing relationships, including renewals and annual reviews, based on the strength of the operating company and/or real estate entity. Manage credit requests in excess of mid-six figure to low eight figure requests and analyze financial statements in order to achieve a sound recommendation based on the collateral, cash flow and financial condition of the borrower. Review appropriate documentation to ensure compliance, and
work in conjunction with lending management including loan review in preparation for regularly scheduled credit committee meetings.
